After registration and confirmation, delegates normally receive joining information, venue or delivery details, schedule guidance and relevant administrative instructions before the programme begins.

Yes, certificates of attendance or participation may be issued to delegates who attend the programme in line with the expected participation requirements.

Delegates are expected to attend from the start of the programme. If a delegate misses part of Day One or arrives significantly late, TMC EXE may decide whether continued participation remains appropriate.

Transfer options, where offered, are subject to the applicable terms and notice period. Delegates should refer to the Terms & Conditions or contact TMC EXE as early as possible.

Yes. TMC EXE welcomes delegates from international organisations, government institutions, companies and professional bodies across multiple regions and sectors.

TMC EXE may, at its discretion, provide programme-related supporting documentation where appropriate. Delegates remain responsible for their own visa application, approval, travel arrangements and related costs.

International delegates should register as early as possible to allow sufficient time for approval processes, payment, visa preparation, travel planning and internal authorisation.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, delegates are responsible for arranging and funding their own flights, accommodation, transport, insurance and related logistics.
